If you got here then we would imagine that you are looking to invest in a property. You may be looking at this for many reasons. You may already be an investor or looking to invest for the first time. Whatever your reasons you have come to the right people. Why? well that's easy, it's because we were once doing exactly what you are doing now, before we became serious investors with a property portfolio which has continued to improve and grow since we began.
Overseas Property Sales & Investments Ltd, came to be when myself and my wife, decided that we wanted to do more with our hard earned cash and with greater rewards than is possible within the UK by investing in Pensions,ISAs, Bonds or Shares, which was the recommended way to prepare for retirement. As we are all aware, these do not perform as they once did, so the question was, how do we plan and prepare for our future and retirement? . After a long career working Internationally for the British Government, my eyes had already been opened up to the excellent returns potentialy available to overseas property investors, so the decision to move our money abroad and push it into property was relatively easy, all be it a little unnerving at first.
It's not always easy negotiating with developers in different countries or finding the right solicitor and impartial advice when you need it. It wasn't easy finding the right information about the area's in which we wanted to invest in when we began, but after many mistakes and lots of research we managed to achieve what we wanted. We would now like you to be able to use the knowledge we have gained from our hard work without making the same mistakes along the way.
Here at Overseas Property Sales & Investments Ltd, we only have properties on our site that offer a good return on your hard earned cash. You can rest assured that if it is on our site then it's because we would invest there ourselves.
