Nigel Owst (Director)
Nigel is the founder of Overseas Property sales & Investments UK Ltd. Having previously worked for the British Government both overseas and in the UK for over 20 years, Nigel has always had a keen and active interest in overseas investments. Being acutely aware of the many pitfalls which may be encountered when investing abroad. Nigel established family owned and run, Overseas Property sales & Investments UK Ltd, in 2007 in order to advise and assist clients in finding and safely purchasing overseas property.
Dawn Owst (Sales Director)
Married to Nigel, Dawn has a long and well established background in the construction industry, including: Construction Design Management, Construction Health & Safety Consultancy and Residential Sales Management.
As our Director of sales, Dawn takes a very hands on approach and carries out the majority of negotiations on behalf of our clients along with vetting and due diligence checks on developers.
